Steps to book a video consultation
1. Click on the ‘Video Call’ tab
2. Fill in your details in the form and select a date for the video consultation
3. Mention the jewellery range or any specific piece that you would like to view.
4. Once you’ve submitted the details, you will receive a confirmation from us via email and WhatsApp along with a call from our jewellery consultant, to schedule a convenient time for the consultation
What to expect during the video consultation?
1. Our jewellery consultant will take you through our jewellery range – chosen based on your preference. Any questions that you may have will be answered during the session.
2. If there is a bespoke requirement such as a size, metal or stone change, or a new design, the possibilities and approximate costs will be shared with you – post the call.
